Project Specifications

70g and 120g Popcorn Packaging Solution

The packaging line is configured for two popcorn packing specifications: 70g and 120g.

The customer packs both:

• spherical popcorn

• butterfly popcorn

For product weighing, the machine is equipped with a 14-head multihead weigher with 2.5L weighing buckets.

The specified packaging speed is 25–45 bags per minute.

Two Bag Former Sizes

According to the production order, the machine is supplied with two bag formers.

Bag Former 1

• Film width: 400 mm

• Bag width: 190 mm

• Bag length: 320 mm

Bag Former 2

• Film width: 524 mm

• Bag width: 225 mm

• Bag length: 375 mm

The specified longitudinal sealing width is 10 mm, while the upper and lower horizontal sealing widths are also 10 mm.

This configuration allows the same popcorn packaging machine to work with the two specified bag formats.

Nitrogen Flushing Configuration

The popcorn packing machine is equipped with a nitrogen flushing device.

The production order also specifies:

• 5 m³ nitrogen generator

• refrigerated air dryer

• 600L air storage tank

These components are included as part of the nitrogen supply configuration for the packaging project.

Bag Exhaust and Bag Shaking Device

For the bagging section, the machine is configured with:

• standard sponge exhaust

• nitrogen flushing device

• tray bag-shaking device

The tray bag-shaking device is specifically listed in the production order as an additional machine configuration.

Date Coding System

The machine includes a standard ribbon coding machine.

Coding configuration:

• 3-line printing

• standard numbers

• 26 English letters

• one set of MFG

• one set of EXP

This allows production information to be printed on the packaging film according to the configured coding system.

Labeling Machine

The project also includes a Nanyun labeling machine, model NY816A.

Specified label size:

52 × 30 mm (width × height)

Multilingual Operation

The operating system is configured with three languages:

• Chinese

• English

• Ukrainian

This configuration is prepared specifically for the Ukrainian customer listed in the production order.
