Working Process
The whole snack feeding and packaging line normally works as follows:
Snack products are loaded into the feeding system.
The bucket elevator gently lifts the product to the upper distribution conveyor.
The top distribution conveyor sends product to each multihead weigher.
The material return system helps control extra product and reduce overflow.
Each multihead weigher weighs the product accurately.
The weighed product enters the VFFS packaging machine.
The machine automatically forms bags, fills product, seals, cuts and outputs finished bags.
Nitrogen flushing can be added to protect crispy snack products.
Finished bags are discharged by conveyors.
