Machine Configuration

The supplied system is based on a 3.0T vertical form fill seal packaging machine integrated with a multihead weighing system.

Nitrogen Flushing for Snack Packaging

For potato chips, corn chips, and similar crispy snack products, the machine is equipped with a nitrogen flushing system.

Nitrogen flushing helps:

• Reduce oxygen inside the bag

• Protect product freshness

• Reduce oxidation

• Maintain crispness

• Improve product presentation

• Provide additional cushioning for fragile snack products

This makes the line particularly suitable for industrial snack packaging applications.
