Features of epoxy putty packing machine:

1. Independent touch screens to control extruder and flow pack machine, 7'' color touch screen.

2. Can produce different product shapes.

3. Safety guards, which with CE standard.

4. Controlled by dual frequency conversion, the cutting length of bag is following the length setting, saving time and film.

5. High sensitive electronic color eye tracing system. After setting, the machine is no need to adjust by hand; the cutting position is accuracy, and the seal is firm and beautiful.

6. Machine can be turned off by press button. Fault is self-diagnosed and show clearly.

7. Temperature is controlled by PID, intelligence independently and steadily, which is suitable for various packing materials.

8. Machinery design and the convey system is simple and operation is more reliable which is more convenient to maintain.

Functions

1. Material Preparation: The two components of the epoxy putty (A and B) are stored in separate containers or tanks. These materials are typically in a semi-liquid or paste form.

2. Mixing: Before packaging, the machine ensures that the two components are mixed thoroughly to activate the epoxy. This is a critical step because epoxy putty relies on the proper mixing of its components to achieve its adhesive and bonding properties.

3. Extruding: The mixed epoxy putty is then extruded from the machine. Extrusion is a process of forcing a material through a shaped opening or nozzle to create a specific shape or form. In this case, the machine is likely equipped with a nozzle or die that shapes the epoxy putty into the desired form, such as rods, sticks, or other packaging-friendly shapes.

4. Cutting and Packaging: After extrusion, the machine has a cutting mechanism that slices the extruded epoxy putty into specific lengths or portions. These portions are then typically packaged into containers, ready for sale or distribution.
