Customer Requirement
The Argentina customer required a packaging line for multiple pet food SKUs from 500g to 3kg. The first stage packs pet food into premade retail bags, while the second stage counts the finished bags and packs them into larger PE gusset bags.

Primary Packing Solution
For the first packaging stage, the customer selected the SF-300 8-station premade pouch packing machine. The machine is suitable for zipper stand-up pouches and premade 4-side seal bags.
The line includes a zipper opening device and an additional air blowing device to help open the side-folding area of the pouch. This is useful for pet food bags with thicker laminated material or gusset structures.
The pet food is weighed by a 14-head 3.5L multihead weigher, which is suitable for granular pet food with different densities and target weights.
Secondary Packaging Solution
After the retail pouches are finished, they are transferred by conveyor to the one-to-one roll-film large bag packing machine.
