The packing line consists of various machines and processes that work together to package the coffee sticks in an organized and systematic manner. Here's a general overview of how a coffee stick box packing line might operate:

1. Coffee Stick Filling: The process begins with the filling of coffee sticks. Coffee granules are measured and filled into individual stick-shaped packaging. This step ensures that each coffee stick contains the correct and consistent amount of coffee.

2. Coffee Stick Sealing: Once the coffee sticks are filled, the stick packaging is sealed to maintain freshness and prevent spillage.

3. Stick Sorting and Orientation: In this step, the filled and sealed coffee sticks are sorted and oriented correctly. This ensures that all the sticks are facing the same direction and are aligned properly for packaging.

4. Box Formation: Flat cardboard sheets are transformed into boxes by folding and gluing them together. The boxes are designed to hold a specific number of coffee sticks, such as 10 sticks per box.

5. Stick Insertion: The coffee sticks are then inserted into the formed boxes. This is typically done using a mechanical system that places the sticks precisely in their designated slots within the box.

6. Box Closing: Once all the coffee sticks are in their respective boxes, the boxes are sealed shut. The method of closing may vary; it could involve applying glue or adhesive tape to secure the box flaps.

Box Labeling: The boxes are labeled with product information, branding, and any necessary regulatory details.

7. Box Labeling: The boxes are labeled with product information, branding, and any necessary regulatory details.
