The rotary packing machine is a machine different with the vertical packing machine, we also called it as the premade bag packing machine and given bag packing machine. The most important difference is that vertical packing machine can make the bag by using the roll film, but the rotary packing machine can’t do that, it suitable kinds of premade bags.
The premade packing machine suitable for kinds of premade bag, such as, the premade pouch, the premade zipper bag, the premade non zipper bag, premade stand up bag, premade three sides sealing bag, premade four sides sealing bag, the premade irregular bag and other premade bags.
For the host packing machine, the rotary packing machine is totally different with the vertical packing machine. The vertical packing machine also named as the VFFS packing machine. VFFS packing machine means vertical form fill and seal packing machine, it can makes the roll film to the bag when the machine running. The premade bag packing machine can seal the bag also, but it can’t make the bag itself. Control panel:
Bag holder:
There is a bag holder near the control panel, you can set the bag data on the touch screen, and adjust the width and length of the bag holder. When you want to pack different premade bags, you just need to rotate two handles on the bag holder.
Take Bag Sucker:
Take the bag: The bag taker sucks the bag through the suction cup from the place where the bag is placed, and then takes the bag one by one from below. Then a robotic arm will grab the bag and stand it up so that the bag holder can clamp the bag.
Date Printer:
Print date: The removed bag is clamped in place by the clamp with the opening upward to transport to the next step. The bag clamper forwards the dated bags to the next program.
Bag Clamper:
Transition: The removed bag is clamped in place by the clamp with the opening upward to transport to the next step. The bag clamper forwards the dated bags to the next program.
Open Bag Suction Cup:
Open bag: The bag opening device opens the bag and extends into another device to open the whole bag from the inside, keeping the opening. There are four suction cups at the mouth of the bag and two suction cups at the bottom of the bag. The space of the whole bag is opened by suction to ensure that the material can fall successfully.
Filling Tube:
Filling: Putting the measured material into the bag through the feeding port. The feeding tube will extend into the opened bag, and the weighed material will enter the bag directly through the feeding tube without touching the opening of the bag.
Auxiliary Clamper:
Auxiliary: Dealing with the bags filled with materials, so that the next step can be better. The bag clamp will slightly shake the bag to ensure that all materials in the bag are at the bottom of the bag and can pass through the material sensing device smoothly.
Heat sealing jars:
Sealing the bag that has been filled with materials. A total of two different sealings were performed on two stations. The first time is to form and seal, the bag clip pulls the bag mouth back to a flat state, and then the sealing strip seals the bag mouth for the first time to ensure the sealing shape. Next, the bag will be lowered and transferred to the next station for a second complete sealing. Two different seals ensure a more reliable seal.
Product output
Bags that have been sealed twice will fall on the conveyor belt, transporting the bag to the finished product output machine and put it down to complete the packaging.
Eight workstations complete different tasks, and only one or two person can operate it, which greatly saves manpower and material resources.
The customer only needs to pour the material into the hopper of the elevator, and then the elevator will make the material fall on the conveyor belt through the vibrating plate. The material is transferred to the weighing system by the elevator, and the weighing system obtains the desired gram through the different weighing method. The weighed material is dropped into the bag through the filling tube, and then sealed and packaged. The customer can adjust the packaging speed he wants through the control panel. The packaging speed of the premade bag packing machine is generally 20-45 bags per minute. However, the packaging speed is affected by the material`s characteristics, individual weight, bag length and other factors. Therefore, the packaging speed of different granular materials will be different.
